The tracking/courier transparency was less than ideal. My purchase was on behalf of a family member and it was very difficult to track my purchase and an attempted delivery became an overly complicated headache. This is most likely outside of Reebelo's control but it certainly will factor into being a repeat customer.
Outside of this the business model and purchasing process was easy and straightforward.
