I received the phone on time, which is great. However, I also ordered a screen protector and case which haven't even been dispatched as yet, 10 days after ordering. Really annoyed about that as I can't understand the delay.

Ordering through Reebelo was easy and straightforward, and I was especially impressed with how quickly the phone arrived — much faster than I expected. The device appears to be functioning well overall and was packaged securely.
That said, I did choose the “premium” condition option, and I was a bit disappointed to find a few scratches and small bumps on the phone. While it’s still in decent shape and works fine, I expected a more pristine appearance based on the premium rating.
Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and the service, but I’d recommend Reebelo clarify what “premium” really means in terms of physical condition.
