Does Reebelo have a physical store?

Reebelo Australia sells exclusively online. We aim to create a trusted marketplace that brings the utmost transparency where you can buy high-quality consumer electronics with peace of mind. In the unlikely case you are not satisfied with the product, we offer a 14-day return policy where we would be happy to replace it for free.

What are your customer service hours?

We’re always here to help you. Our customer service team is taking phone calls and is available over our chat feature on our website between 11 am to 8 pm AEST. Outside of that, please send us an email and we will respond back within 24hrs.

Can you tell me more about your products?

At Reebelo Australia, you’ll find 100% functional, new, and refurbished electronic devices from trustworthy, certified sellers. All devices are shipped within 1–4 business days and come with an extended warranty and a money-back guarantee. You can find brand new as well as pre-loved devices at Reebelo, learn more here.

What does refurbished mean?

Refurbished products are fully functional, original pre-owned devices. Our Australian refurbishing partners buy used devices, test more than 40+ quality checkpoints and ensure that they are in perfect working condition before shipping them. All devices come with extended warranty so that you can buy with peace of mind. Like new, but better!

What’s included in the box?

Our brand new devices come in an original, sealed box with all the originally supplied accessories. All of our refurbished devices come with a charger (unless not originally supplied), a charging cable, and are safely packaged in a plain box (for sanitary reasons, we do not include earphones).

How is the battery power?

The battery health for all pre-loved devices listed on Reebelo is 80%-100%. For brand new devices, batteries are of course new. Should you face any problems with the battery during your warranty period, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Are brand new devices really new?

Yes, our brand new devices come in a sealed box with a 12-month standard warranty.

Do all devices work in Australia?

All electronics at Reebelo Australia are a mix of local and export sets. Our devices are network unlocked and can be used on any network in Australia and overseas. Please note that some international models may have an audible camera shutter sound that cannot be muted.

Why does the same device have different prices?

Reebelo Australia is an online marketplace and we work together with several trusted vendors to ensure that you always find the best price. Our trustworthy certified vendors ensure that all devices sold are fully functional and according to our specifications. As the vendor decides the price, you will sometimes find similar models for different prices -go for the best deal and buy with peace of mind!

Can I see a picture before purchasing?

Due to the large number of devices sold at Reebelo Australia, we unfortunately can’t provide pictures for each device. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can simply use our 14-day return policy.

What are the available payment methods?

You can make a payment securely on our website using credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, POLi, or free installment via AfterPay or Latitude Pay. We currently do not offer cash on delivery. Should you encounter any problems during checkout or not be able to access any of the payment forms we offer, please get in touch again so that we can provide you with alternate options.

How does installment payment work?

You can choose AfterPay or Latitude Pay free installments at checkout. The limit for installment plans depends on the buyer’s creditworthiness, subject to the approval of our installment partner. Your device will be delivered directly after the first payment. For help, please directly contact our installment partners on their support channels.

How long does shipping take?

We offer free shipping in Australia wide and it takes 1–4 business days to dispatch from the warehouse. Please note that once we ship your order, we don’t have any control over any delays in transit caused by any reason. We’ll aim to work with the service provider to track and trace your order and resolve any issues as soon as possible, but this might not always be possible.

How can I check my shipping status?

Whenever available, we will provide you via email with a tracking ID as soon as we receive it from our delivery partners.

Can Reebelo ship overseas?

Currently we only ship devices within Australia.

What is Reebelo's Warranty Policy?

Each device order comes with up to a 12-month free warranty. Our warranty covers all product defects, both hardware and software, during the warranty period. This includes significant differences in products from what was originally ordered at the time of delivery. During the warranty period, customers may get repairs and replacements only. The warranty does not cover any damages caused by the customer, family members, friends, or any other external person or impact. This includes (and is not exhaustive of) damage of the device caused by force, water, or any external factor. You can find more information here.

What is Reebelo's Refund Policy?

In the unlikely case that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your undamaged device within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will receive the full refund within 14 days after our product team has received and inspected the item. In the event that there are obvious signs of use, our product team reserves the right to apportion you a refund value deemed reasonable. This allows us to protect our devices and customers from others who misuse and abuse our return policy. Device replacements are complimentary here.

How do I cancel or change my order after I place it?
