My overall experience with Reebelo was satisfactory (their website, payment process etc.) but their shipment through DPEX is pathetic. 

I received a call from DPEX on 23-Feb-2024 saying that my shipment will arrive on the next day. I even received a SMS saying the same but even after 3 days, I am still waiting for my parcel on 26-Feb-2024. I even cancelled my weekend plan to receive the parcel but all the efforts were wasted. 

Update: Soon after postimg this review, DPEX delivered the parcel to my address. It was delayed by more than 2 days. DPEX should investigate the delay. It caused me cancelling my weekend plans waiting for non delivered parcel.
