I have bought a number of things at Reebelo. I would say its hit and miss. Customer service is hard to deal with even if you bought a warranty. This is why i have waited to ask them about my phone. Its been glitchy at times. My daughters phone is ok. The screen protector i ordered came broken. Refunding it was a pain. I presently ordered a laptop and it charged me fully anf yet it was soon out of stock. Now waiting on the refund so i can try another. Classes start soon , but not their problem . Im hoping for a full refund bc email stated just for the laptop and not the warranty as well. Waiting to hear back. Ugh
