When I powered on the unit, a screen indicated that WiFi was turned off.  There were no instructions as to how to turn it on.  I submitted a Help Ticket, but so far all that resulted was a request for a picture of the screen to help them determine what the problem is.  I have nothing good to say about your help desk and I would give them a zero.
