I first ordered a Dyson V10 vacuum from them. There was a problem with the motor. Start and stop by itself. I returned it. It wasn’t too much trouble. I reorder a Dyson V12 slim. It works great! I am happy to spend more money to get a better product. Good isn’t good! Excellent is better.
