Revised review: I had a wonderful initial experience with an order I placed with Reebelo, but after a few hiccups trying to return the product I ordered, I wanted to revise my review to include the details.

First of all, Reebelo's response time to my request to return the MacBook for a replacement was excellent. In that respect, their customer service is excellent. However, if you order something from them and need technical support, that support is non-existent. 

I am extremely tech-savvy, but the instructions they sent to get the laptop ready for return were wonky at best. When I emailed and asked for help, I was told to contact Apple. After a few hours of searching online on Apple support websites, I was finally able to troubleshoot this on my own, and I sent the laptop back.

In the end, Reebelo admitted the laptop I had received was not in the "excellent condition" stated on their website when I ordered it, and they issued a full refund within a few days. Unfortunately, they could not offer a replacement, so I took my business elsewhere.

One more thing ... setting up an account on their website was impossible. I emailed them about this too, and was told they had been having technical issues. Several days later, the issues persisted. So, if you buy from them and want to contact customer service, do it by email.

Overall, my experience with Reebelo was good, but the hoops I had to jump through to return the defective product I bought from them made me rethink my decision to order from them in the future.

i had purchased multiple macbooks from other large referb outlets and ALL had battery issues.   The one from Reebelo had a good battery. the device was also in great condition as well.   Check the battery for any device you buy,  I’d say even a new device since you dont know what the trip to the US from the far East was like.
