I’ve used Reebelo multiple times for refurbished electronics, and while the product quality has generally been decent, my overall experience has been frustrating due to inconsistent shipping.

My first major issue was with an order I placed on September 13, 2025, for an iPhone 15 Pro Max, Samsung Z Fold 5, and a MacBook Air. Although the iPhone and MacBook were delivered on September 18, the Samsung device didn’t arrive until October 8—weeks later and after I had already left the country. This was extremely inconvenient, and what made it worse was that no apology or meaningful support was offered.

Unfortunately, the same issue is happening again. I placed another order on March 31 for an iPhone 12 and an Apple Watch Series 8. The iPhone arrived quickly on April 2, but as of today (April 8), the Apple Watch still hasn’t been delivered.

It’s concerning to see a repeated pattern where items from the same order are shipped and delivered at completely different times without proper communication. This lack of consistency makes it difficult to rely on their service, especially when timing is important.

While the products themselves are usually fine, Reebelo seriously needs to improve its logistics, coordination, and customer communication. Until then, I cannot confidently recommend them.
